Springfield Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Kyokai Promotions

The Springfield Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Kyokai held their annual Spring promotions on April 5.  There was a lot of excitement from many of the students since this was their first testing. The Springfield Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Kyokai held their annual Spring promotions on April 5.  There was a lot of excitement from many of the students since this was their first testing.   We had several relatives and friends of the students in attendance.  After coming and seeing what the karate promotions were like, one observer decided to start coming to our classes.  A special thanks to the blackbelts; Dave Shaneman, Ed Boyd, Gary Mazzotti, and Bill Handren, for helping us have a successful promotion.  Kim Barrington would like to thank all the friends and relatives for supporting the students.
