In conjunction with the W.Va. Qualifier, there will be a referee course for both new and experienced referees. I highly recommend this course for all black belt adults who have an interest in the Olympic Sport Karate-Do movement. The course will be conducted by Mr. Clive Baxter, Chair of the USA-NKF Referee Committee. He is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with.

Also, I can supply you with a copy of the NEW rule book, NEW test questions, answers, and rule book reference numbers for the answers. This will give you a tremendous advantage on the paper and pencil test. (Last May, three GKK members took the written test and missed one question between the three of us.) Feb. 6th -- 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM (Pen and Pencil Test)
Feb. 7th -- 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Review of the Test Results and Hand Signal Review)
Feb. 7th -- Tournament, Judging, and/or Refereeing

St. Albans High School, St. Albans, W.Va.  This is also the Tournament Site
