Martial Fight & Fitness Certification Program – www.martialfightandfitness.com An exciting new program to enhance your dojo using your martial arts experience and updating it with modern fitness program concepts to bring new programs to you dojo. We will go over program/class content, update you on the fitness world, and provide an outline to start this program in your dojo.
