We are celebrating our three year anniversary in upstate New York.
We have had a great year. We have a great core group that continues to grow every couple of months.

We took a trip to Nancy Ault's dojo in Maine this past August and had a wonderful time.

We had two good workout sessions; Friday evening and Saturday morning.  
 
After class we all had a small lunch and I brought my class to see the ocean, and a beautiful lighthouse.
 
After that excursion we went back to Scott Abbitonies family cabin on a beautiful pond and had a lobster bake.  
 
It is great to belong to such a great organization as the G.K.K. that we can travel and train with each other.
