Karate Ontario Kata Seminar |

Karate Ontario once again is bringing WKF kata champion Luca Valdesi back to Toronto for another round of kata seminars on March 28th 2009. In 2007 Mr. Valdesi hosted two kata seminars (one for juniors, one for seniors/black belts) and I was lucky enough to attend the latter. The Shotokan kata Unsu was on the menu and it was an excellent workout and very informative. The following day Mr. Valdesi performed his now legendary Gangaku kata for the four or five hundred competitors and spectators who attended the Karate Ontario Grand Prix tournament. There is video available of the 2007 seminar to view at the Karate Ontario website (www.karateontario. org ). Once more details become available I will let our members know.
