On October 12, a few of the students from the Springfield Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Kyokai attended the Sulong Tournament held in New Lenox, Illinois.  Zach Barrington performed Seiunchin kata and received second place.  He also sparred and received third place in that event.  Kayla Sharp performed Geki Sai Dai Ni and received second place.  She also received second place in sparring.  Congratulations to both.
