For the 5th anniversary of our club, we will be holding a seminar and promotional on October 10th. and 11th.  at the First Church of the Nazarene, 5200 South 6th St. Rd. , Springfield, Illinois.  Sensei Ken Maunz will be leading the seminar. 

Friday night  will be a brown and black belt workout from 6 to 8 PM, then to Show-me's for dinner.  Sensei Maunz will be working with everyone on basics, katas includ- ing Sanchin, sparring techniques and different bunkai.
 
Saturday morning, at 9:00 AM.; Sensei Maunz will work with the children on the art of punching and kicking for 45 minutes.

After Sensei Maunz speaks to the group, we will break for a light lunch which will be provided.

From 1:00 to 1:30 those going up for promotion will be able to practice and prepare, with promotions lasting until approximately 3:30.

Those who would like to go for dinner, it will be held at the Barrelhead, around 5:30PM.
 
Any GKK members who would like to attend may do so. Fees are $20 for brown belt and below, $25 for black belt.
